Waited too long mention about my bones are hurting got no answer

Parking places are extremely far from front doors.

Dr. Albert Odom was a good doctor. He still is. I had him for 21 years, 20 years. He delivered my son. And he's a great doctor.

I actually feel for the first time in a very long time that a doctor is taking me seriously. It's been a long journey and a long battle and I feel like finally I have a doctor that wants to do the right thing for me, talk with me, listen to me, not just rush me in and out and try to pop a pill on me or something. Not everything has to be about whatever medication. There are so many forms of therapy, so many things you can do to treat so many different things and I feel like for the first time I finally have a doctor willing to listen to me and not just, here's this prescription, now go. I feel very happy and I'm very appreciative of this opportunity.

Dr. Odom was friendly, respectful, courteous. He was very familiar with my medical history. He knew information that I didn't even know from reading past surgery reports, and I felt like he was very knowledgeable in helping us establish a path forward. It did take a while to get in to see him, but I know that's because he's busy and his schedule is booked, but it was absolutely well worth it.

The only thing I can share is that the appt communication requests being there 15 minutes early. Thankfully, I never have to do any paperwork, so I just wait those extra 15 minutes. Seems like if my info is current (eChk-in), I could just be on time, not early. Thank you!

Dr. Al Odom and staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and courteous.

My first visit with Dr. Odom was awesome and he made me feel at easy and well respected and showed concern moving forward with my health/medications.

Extremely short staffed. I waited 38 minutes before being called back from lobby. Appointment was at 10:15am and I wasn't called back until 10:53. Upon arriving in the room the nurse stated that they were really behind and short staffed with call outs , impacted my wait.

Since this was my first visit with Dr. Odom I appreciated him taking time to get to know me and my medical history. He seemed to be very caring and very personable, and this is what I want in a doctor.

Excellent experience, I went to the wrong office at first , the security guard was very helpful in getting me to the correct building. Excellent service comes from all areas. Job well done, by everyone.
