Wait and processing time

Dr. Arepalli and fellows provided excellent care. I fully understood risks and treatment options. I commend each physician's bedside manner and am extremely grateful for the care and skill provided by Dr. Arepalli and her fellows.

My Doctor's Amazing....she has brought me through this journey with assurance and confidence of her Best....that is all I can ask for....

Dr Arepell.always listens and doesn't rush

I'm very sensitive to the Betadine used to provide antiseptic; Dr Aripalli has made it easier to handle and I am enormously grateful.

When a error was made, she apologized for it and did every humanly possible to correct it....

I truly believe they don't understand the pain they are inflicting are even care. To them,they get paid the same.

I have seen Retina Specialists, Glaucoma Specialists, and other specialists several times monthly over the past several years and Dr. Arepalli was the first and only one to actually say anything about my condition and if anything could be done to improve my vision. It was greatly appreciated

Was not happy at all with the doctor or the wait time it was all uncalled for!! Was highly disappointed from start to finish! Four hours later!

Doctor Arepalli never replied to me message that I sent through my chat, he said he would call in December to say when to start putting the drops from December to April he never replied message by my chart

I actually received zero care from a doctor. She only fussed at me. The fellow was the only one that checked my eye and he is the one that administered the shot/care.

Not only are you all not punctual, you're very unprofessionally rude!

My care provider has been very supportive and encouraging throughout my process and testing to discover the nature of my eye situation....making the process of healing and treating easier to get through...

Dr. Arepaili was very detailed after her examination and way forward with regards to medical issue - short and long term plan

She did a great job of including me in the treatment plan.

Care provider (Dr. AREPALLI) had poor bedside manner. I felt like she was punishing me for not coming into see her sooner. She gave no hope or comfort for a positive outcome concerning my situation. She also did not fully explain the possible cause(s) or course of treatment for my issue as well.

New doctor for me, so far so good. Third eye doctor since pandemic. Think third is the charm.

The Dr. Was professional and caring. She explained every detail of my care. I had all my questions and concerns addressed.

The visit seemed rushed and at one point asked the Doctor if she was going to check for any additional problems with my retina and she said she had done that. She looked in each eye for about two minutes and said it was healing fine and that was it. Before, a non retina specialist looked in one eye for 10 to 15 minutes before finding a tear. It just seems with the additional floaters I described she would have taken a little more time to check my eye more closely.

The doctor took over my case after Dr. Yeh left. She is very friendly and caring.

The discussion on care and treatments need to be more detail We understand the doctor may be running late or over scheduled but our 10 or 12 minutes with the doctor should be uninterrupted and the patient should receive 199 percent of their attention.

I highly recommend Dr Arapelli . I've seen 20 previous physicians and made a clear decision that she is the best fit for me due to her compassion and knowledge. She is very thorough and explains everything step by step as she goes along . Having RDs and tears are devastating and life altering , and having a physician like Dr Arapelli has offered me hope In this healing journey . I have seen the best of the best RS nationwide and I knew the moment I met her that she would be my forever doctor .

Very easy to talk to!!

Although I know Dr. Arrepali is very busy given her expertise, she is always kind with her time, and considerate of my questions, concerns, and anxieties. I never felt like I am just a number to her, or that she is too busy to give me particular and adequate attention.I am a charity patient for the Emory Eye Center, and I am very grateful for this opportunity to regain sight in my left eye. When I am more able, I plan to gift to your charity component so you can care for more indigent patients.

The doctor / specialist whom I had the appointment with only saw me for about 2 mins the entire 2 hours I was seen.

She is the best eye doctor.

Good discussion but time seem to be limited, but we had a better understanding of the condition after the visit. Percent cure rate would be good to know, testing / lab work results explained would be helpful.. I review my chart for info. And was disappointed In data / Information given.
