Mizu Zokusei no Mahoutsukai (水属性の魔法使い, Water Magician) is a Japanese light novel series written by Tadashi Kubou and illustrated by Nokito Hakui. It began as a web novel that was published on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in November 2020. It was later acquired by TO Books, who have published Seven first arc volumes in print since March 2021. A manga adaptation, illustrated by Bokutengo has been serialized in the Nico Nico Seiga-based Comic Corona manga service since March 2022.

Synopsis[]
This is the story of Ryo, who was reincarnated in the world of swords and magic. It is a story of the royal road to survive using the magic of water attribute.
What is magic? What is swordsmanship? How does it relate to the laws of physics that we know? Or what is politics? What is a nation? Why are there many kingdoms in reincarnation stories? Will Republicans not work? Can it be written?
Since it is a water-based magician, it shall start with a Hydrogen bond!

After Ryo died on Earth by accident. Ryo's magic aptitude falls within the scope of "creation" so it's the domain of the so-called "gods". It's outside the scope of 'management' that we are in charge of. In the world of Phi, magical aptitude is given at birth and cannot be acquired. Ryo has physical strength is about at the top of the average.
In the world of Phi is not a so-called "level system" or "skill system," so steady effort is the most important thing. Ryo trained himself how to use magic by drawing a clear image (from biomolecule and chemical formulas), he can cast any form of magic spells based on water attributes. In the current Ryo, the maximum radius around you is about 15 - 3 meters depending on the magic spell he used. For example, even if you release a water ball, after 15 meters it loses its buoyancy and falls to the ground. The Dullahan erased the ice blade and handed it to Ryo. The 『Murasame (True Name: Sword of the Fairy King)』 is a knife that has the strong durability and attribute of ice.
