How to purchase a ticket

Yes, there will be designated wheelchair and ambulant access areas available within the East, West and South Stand. There will be no accessible areas within the standing area. Please refer to the event ticket page directly for details on how to purchase these tickets.
Accessible tickets can be purchased through the specific Accessible ticket event links – these events are for accessible customers only and you will be required to provide supporting documentation. Once you have purchased an accessible ticket, please follow the instructions on your confirmation email on how to obtain a personal assistant ticket or request parking.

Each Ticket will have a dedicated entry point which will be clearly listed on your ticket.
Standing is on the pitch, with seats either in the South, East or West stands.
Golden circle tickets are also located on the pitch.

You will also receive pre-event information via email from your ticket provider, with further details, If you have a premium package, then the details of your package and itinerary will also be emailed to you closer to the concert date.

Stadium Facilities
Fans are advised to not bring their own food into the Stadium due to issues of provenance, safety, and rubbish generation. We also operate a Challenge 25 Policy for all alcoholic beverages – anyone who looks under the age of 25 will be required to provide ID.

Yes, there will be multiple merchandise outlets throughout the Stadium on the day of the event, including The Official Tottenham Hotpsur Club Shop – The Tottenham Experience, located on the High Road (N17 0AP).
There are first aid areas in each of the stands and there will be visible first aid provision on the pitch.

Venue Policies
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a strictly Non-smoking venue – this includes the use of all electronic cigarettes.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is in a highly residential area that is not suitable for advance queueing or overnight camping. Please DO NOT arrive at the Stadium ahead of the date and time advertised on your ticket. You will be asked to leave and return at a more appropriate time.
There is no early queuing facility, this includes early entry guests.
There is a strict bag policy at the Stadium, and all bags must adhere to our guidelines or they will not be permitted into the Stadium.
Personal bags must be A4 size or smaller (21cm long x 30cm high), or it is possible to use a clear carrier bag (max 30cm long x 30cm high) - you must NOT put any personal bags that do not meet the criteria within these bags.
Laptop sleeves are permitted, but they must also be no larger than 37cm x 31cm.
Click here for more information if you require medical equipment that cannot fit in an approved bag. If you require medical assistance during the show please alert the nearest steward who can direct you to first aid locations in and around the Stadium.
Small umbrellas are permitted, however these cannot be opened once inside the Stadium. Please see ourprohibited items list here for further details. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we would advise bringing a rain mac or disposable rain coat.
As per thePromoters Terms and Conditions here, flags, banners and poles or other similar articles are not permitted in the Venue. Items will be confiscated or the person in possession of any such articles may be refused entrance.

Whilst we strongly recommend that children under the age of 5 are not brought to events at the Tottenham Stadium.
Please note that babes in arms, young children and all visitors to the stadium require a full priced ticket.
Anyone entering the Stadium under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.
Standing is only available to persons aged 14 and above.
