TWO major retailers have slashed the price of smart TVs with crystal-clear picture quality and heaps of extra perks.

Walmart, the one-stop shop for everything from groceries to appliances, has some great deals on its electronics.

This includes the 65-inch TCL Q Class Smart TV, which has taken a steep price cut from $498 to $398 - a $100 discount.

The device boasts crisp picture quality with four times the resolution of 1080p full HDTVs.

Its display makes use of quantum dot technology for richer color in addition to enhanced motion quality and a brighter image.

The TCL runs on Google TV's Smart OS and has Chromecast built-in, offering local TV, movies, games, and more across thousands of apps.
